The Rotunda Museum in Scarborough was newly reopened in May 2008. The ground floor of the museum features the Dinosaur Coast Gallery and the Shell Geology Now Gallery.
As can be seen in the images below, Universal Fiber Optics provided extensive lighting throughout both of these galleries.
The use of fiber optic lighting in display cases prevents the damaging build of heat that can occur if conventional lighting is used to illuminate fragile exhibits.
